Some photos taken at the Notting Hill Carnival over a year ago. These photos were taken on the Great Western Road at the start of the route near the railway bridge just before the judging area. A good place to get shots.
Some girls here in typical carnival attire and they are being called “Carnival Fashionistas” as they have their own street fashion style going on which you would probably not wear down to the local supermarket, but for this event it does the job and does it well. Taken with an old Fuji camera. Left the DSLR at home for obvious reasons. Took hundreds of shots that day!
